Garden waste services

The Garden Waste Club is at capacity and can't accept any new members or additional bin requests. Please ask Biffa to put your details on a waiting list which is operating on a first come, first served basis. We are regularly reviewing capacity with Biffa.

You may like to consider buying a compost bin at a reduced price and then use the compost it produces in your garden, or please continue taking your garden waste to your local community recycling centre until you can join the club.

We appreciate this is disappointing and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Garden waste, including leaves, grass cuttings and hedge trimmings, are not collected as part of your recycling or rubbish collections.

Green waste club

If you would like to join the Council's Green Waste Club to benefit from fortnightly garden waste collections from your home, please e-mail the Green Waste Club, or call 0800 0858 286.
