Our Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy explains how we will regulate standards in private sector housing in the Tandridge district. We are working to raise standards in private sector housing throughout the district, working with owners, landlords, letting agents and tenants. If the law is broken, enforcement action may be necessary to protect the public and the environment.
