Car parks permit schemes

Our parking permit scheme allows residents and local traders to use the car parks listed below. A permit is for a specified car park, the car listed on it and valid at certain stated times. Permits are not transferable, nor do they guarantee a parking space or hold the Council liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle.

If you have a permit to renew, this must be done within seven days of its expiry date, otherwise the permit will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. We do not issue reminders.

We may remove a permit from a holder who does not comply with any of these details.

Waivers and suspensions

Surrey County Council administer waivers and suspensions.

Please give two weeks’ notice if you want:

  • A waiver or suspension.
  • To place a skip in a parking bay.
  • To use a parking bay for any other reason.
