Over the last year the Council has been developing a new Corporate Plan, which sets out the vision, priorities and actions, to help shape services for the next four years.
The plan has been developed in consultation with residents, local businesses, councillors, staff, partners and other stakeholders.
Before a final version is agreed, the Council invited feedback on the draft plan from all stakeholders which ran for six weeks until 17 March 2024.
After any feedback has been taken into account, a final version of the plan will be presented to the Strategy and Resources Committee for agreement in June and adopted by the Council in the summer.
