Mediation Services
For conflicts that may benefit from mediation, Mediation Surrey offers services to help parties understand each other's perspectives and find amicable solutions. Mediators remain neutral and aim to facilitate agreements that prevent issues from escalating.
Support Line
SupportLine provides a confidential helpline offering emotional support to any individual on any issue who resides in the UK. The Helpline is primarily a preventative service and aims to support people before they reach the point of crisis. It is particularly aimed at those who are socially isolated, vulnerable, at risk groups and victims of any form of abuse. SupportLine is a member of the Helplines Association. SupportLine also provides support by e-mail and post. Support and information is provided by a telephone helpline, e-mail and postal support. Victim Support
Victim Support is a national charity dedicated to helping anyone affected by crime to cope with and recover from their experience. If it doesn't have an office in your area, it can point you to local help.
ASB Help
ASB Help is set up to provide advice and support to victims of anti-social behaviour. ASB Help aims to provide information and advice to interested parties and members of the public involved with and suffering from anti-social behaviour.
Crimestoppers
You can report crime anonymously direct to the independent UK charity, Crimestoppers. Report online using the Crimestoppers website or call 0800 555 111
Concerns of Domestic Abuse
- Call the Surrey Domestic Abuse Helpline on 01483 776822. They are available seven days a week between 9am to 9pm.
- Call East Surrey Domestic Abuse Service (ESDAS) on 01737 771350 from 9am to 4pm, text 07860 039720 or e-mail support@ESDAS.org.uk.
