Our pest control contractor, Balcombe Pest Control, can treat a range of pests in domestic premises.

There are discounted rates and in some instances, a no chargeable service for some pests, for people in receipt of qualifying means tested benefits.

Repairs or pest proofing is not included in this service, neither can dead rats be retrieved from under floor voids, wall cavities or other inaccessible locations.

If you get one or more of the following means tested benefits we will provide a free pest control service for some pests, as detailed in the price list. You will be expected to provide proof of your benefits before Balcombe Pest Control will treat the pest.

  • Jobseekers allowance.
  • Housing benefit.
  • Council tax benefit.
  • Universal credit.

Owners and occupiers have a responsibility to keep their land free from rats and mice. In some circumstances we will ask owners and occupiers to treat rodent infestations and to carry out necessary works to keep their land free from rats or mice.

You do not have to use our pest control contractor.

Commercial, industrial or business premises need to make their own arrangements.
