We are currently working on a new Local Plan for the district, which includes preparing relevant, accurate and up-to-date evidence. New documents will be added to this section as they become available.

Our Local Plan 2033 (now withdrawn) was underpinned by a range of evidence base documents. These documents are provided here for reference. As part of the preparation of the new Local Plan, we will review, update and replace these studies as necessary
